Delivery information
Ratnagarbha Welcomes international orders and has processed many successful transactions outside INDIA. We offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service to our international customers. However, due to the increasing risk of fraud with international orders we have some restrictions in place to deter fraudulent activity. To continue to serve our international customers, we thoroughly evaluate all international orders for fraud potential. Ratnagarbha reserves the right to hold any international order that is considered to be potentially fraudulent, for the purpose of verifying the legitimacy of the purchase transaction. In case of an unlikely event, that we cannot verify the legitimacy of the purchase transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting the bank charges associated with the purchase.


Shipping Method
After your order has been processed, it will be sent to you by any of the following method, depending on us-
UPS, FedEx, Blue Dart, EMS (Speed Post), Air mail Parcel, Air Freight, and Sea Freight etc.....

Estimated Delivery Charges
For International Customers
For International Customers i.e. the goods which are shipped outside India, the delivery charges will be calculated automatically and shown to you after you have finalised your purchase on the website.

For Indian Customers
If the invoice amount is above $400 then shipping is free and if the amount is below $400 then we will charge $30 as delivery charges (This amount includes shipping charges and Insurance charges).

Estimated delivery time
After receiving your order confirmation, we will send your request to our sales team. If your order is ready in our stock then it will be despatched within 3-4 working days.
And if the item is not in stock then your order will be sent to our manufacturing team. In this case your order will be dispatched within 10-12 working days.
Once the package or parcel has left the possession of Ratnagarbha, we are not responsible for any losses, damages or claims arising due to the irresponsive handling of the shipping company or the buyer itself, in any circumstances.
Ratnagarbha does not ship any goods or products to hotel rooms, trade shows, conferences etc. In any case if the shipping address provided by the user is not correct then we shall not be liable for any consequences arising due to whatever reason.
Ratnagarbha shall not be liable for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Shipping Lost Policy
If you don’t receive your package in time, you can file a claim with info@ratnagarbha.com within 7 days from the scheduled delivery time of package according to our mail sent to you after the parcel is dispatched.
If you fail to do so Ratnagarbha.com will not take any liability under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, or missing items in packages.
In case of an unlikely event that the parcel is lost then, the shipping company will be liable to pay the insured amount to Ratnagarbha and thereafter the same amount will be issued to the buyer. It is not known that how long it will take the claim to be issued, since Ratnagarbha is entitled to issue you the claim amount only after the receipt of payment by the shipping company. Ratnagarbha shall not be liable to replace the goods and pay the claim amount to the buyer before the claim is received from the shipping company. Ratnagarbha will pay the claim only if the amount is received from the shipping company and in no circumstances shall Ratnagarbha be liable to pay any excessive amount to the buyer. In any case if the shipping company denies paying the claim then all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of JAIPUR (INDIA). In case if the insurance is not purchased by the buyer at the time of product purchase then Ratnagarbha is not liable for any claims or losses, refunds or replaces.

Return & Exchange
Refund Policy
We would like you to have complete peace of mind while using www.Ratnagarbha.com for buying products. Though we strive to give our customers a great online shopping experience, if at all you are not 100% satisfied you can return your order.

Faulty items
The procedures set out here to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless Ratnagarbha is at fault. These are those products which are made according to your specifications and requirement. If you do receive a faulty item, please follow the procedures outlined in our “Returning an item” section.

Returning an item
If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them and telephone us or mail us. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period. If you would like to return your purchase please ensure the plastic bag containing your order remains sealed and the tag placed on the item must not be removed. If the items have been removed from the bag or if the bag/ tag have been tampered with, we cannot refund or exchange the item due to hygiene reasons. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, you must inform within 3 days from the receipt of goods and return them within the cooling off period. Any return after the cooling off period will not be accepted for any reason.

PLEASE NOTE
1. Expenses of sending the item will be paid by the customer only. Please place the item in the original packing box and make sure that the bag is securely sealed.
2. If you receive merchandise which was not described in the item listing, you are allowed to receive 100% money back guarantee.
3. However if you receive merchandise which was described in the item listing and still you want to return then you have to pay 20% restocking fees on the closing price of the received item.

5. Place the item into its original presentation box and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your despatch note into the parcel.
6. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the payment card used to place the order.
7. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending a mail on csd@ratnagarbha.com.


Returning a gift
If you buy a gift online, the recipient / sender will not be able to get cash refund if they want to return the item. If a recipient does want to return a gift, we will exchange it for a gift card credited to the value of the gift at Ratnagarbha store within the cooling off period.
Cooling off period
When you order to us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 7 days. This is a period of seven days which starts from the day you receive the order.

Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it by email or Telephone. You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.
If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the items you keep.
The order can be cancelled easily if the item has not been processed but if the order has been processed then you have to pay 20% of the item price as restocking charges.

Pricing
Prices throughout the website are quoted in US Dollar, and the customer has the option to convert the USD price in five other currencies and generate the invoice in the selected currency. Payment can only be accepted in the currency in which the invoice has been generated. Prices include VAT. Delivery and gift packaging charges will be added to the total, as appropriate.

In order to get the best use from our products please be aware of the following:
• Our gems & jewellery is not designed or intended for children under 36 months because of small parts, with the exception of expander bangles.
• Do not allow children to put gems & jewellery in their mouth.
• Gems & Jewellery must not be worn whilst sleeping or playing sport.
• A children's item will need to be replaced as a child grows. Do not allow a child to wear an item which is too small.
• Earrings are not designed for use whilst a wound is healing. For example after having their ears pierced.
• Earrings must be cleaned frequently; use warm water and mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry using a clean soft cloth or tissue.

Estimated Delivery Charges
For International Customers
For International Customers i.e. the goods which are shipped outside India, the delivery charges will be calculated automatically and shown to you after you have finalised your purchase on the website.
For Indian Customers
If the invoice amount is above $400 then shipping is free and if the amount is below $400 then we will charge $30 as delivery charges (This amount includes shipping charges and Insurance charges).

Estimated delivery time
After receiving your order confirmation, we will send your request to our sales team. If your order is ready in our stock then it will be despatched within 3-4 working days.
And if the item is not in stock then your order will be sent to our manufacturing team. In this case your order will be dispatched within 10-12 working days.
Once the package or parcel has left the possession of Ratnagarbha, we are not responsible for any losses, damages or claims arising due to the irresponsive handling of the shipping company or the buyer itself, in any circumstances.
Ratnagarbha does not ship any goods or products to hotel rooms, trade shows, conferences etc. In any case if the shipping address provided by the user is not correct then we shall not be liable for any consequences arising due to whatever reason.

Shipping Lost Policy
If you don’t receive your package in time, you can file a claim with info@ratnagarbha.com within 7 days from the scheduled delivery time of package according to our mail sent to you after the parcel is dispatched.
If you fail to do so Ratnagarbha.com will not take any liability under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, or missing items in packages.
In case of an unlikely event that the parcel is lost then, the shipping company will be liable to pay the insured amount to Ratnagarbha and thereafter the same amount will be issued to the buyer. It is not known that how long it will take the claim to be issued, since Ratnagarbha is entitled to issue you the claim amount only after the receipt of payment by the shipping company. Ratnagarbha shall not be liable to replace the goods and pay the claim amount to the buyer before the claim is received from the shipping company. Ratnagarbha will pay the claim only if the amount is received from the shipping company and in no circumstances shall Ratnagarbha be liable to pay any excessive amount to the buyer. In any case if the shipping company denies paying the claim then all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of JAIPUR (INDIA).
